Technical Specifications & Installation Guidance for Trade Professionals

Pratts supports New Zealand plumbers and electricians with precise technical data to ensure a seamless, trade-quality installation. Please review the following specifications before commencing work on site:

• Plumbing Connections: Inlet and overflow connections are R15 (½ " BSP). Please note that the stop tap and union are not supplied.
• Concealed Plumbing: For clean, concealed connections, the installer should position two R15 (½ " BSP) female wing backs, tees, or elbows in the lower right-hand corner of the dispenser mounting area.
• Water Supply Pressure: Minimum required pressure is 87 kPa, with a maximum of 1000 kPa.
• Electrical Supply: Single-phase 230/240 V 50 Hz AC. The 5L, 10L, and 15L models include a pre-fitted 2m power cord. The high-capacity 25L model is a fixed wired unit and requires professional electrical connection.
• Data Plate Location: The serial number and ratings plate are located on the middle of the back panel, accessible with the cover removed.
