  • How do I contact you?
    You can contact us by phone, email, mail or fax. You'll find all our contact information at the bottom of the screen.

  • How do I get a site visit?
    It starts with making contact, either off this website, or giving us a call. If we can't answer your questions over the phone, we'll organise a time with you to come to your home/office/farm and discuss your project
  • What about council permits for some items?
    We're very familiar with the council consent process and are more than happy to help to ensure your job doesn't experience delay. New fires or solar. Whatever it may be we can facilitate that on your behalf.
  • What if I can't be at home?
    Most customers are happy to leave a key in an arranged place and our service staff will let themselves in to complete the work. They are mindful of it being your home and castle and work very respectfully within it and ensure they leave things as they found them.

    If you are not comfortable having someone work in your house without you present, we simply organise a mutually suitable time to attend.
  • What warranty is available?
    The warranty for the products we sell will be determined by the manufacturer and we can go through that with you at the time. We stand behind our workmanship and if you are ever unhappy with any part of it we encourage you to contact us immediately so that we may remedy it if remedy is required.
  • Why should I use Pratts?
    Plumbers must demonstrate their competence as installers of plumbing systems to an official executing board prior to being issued a license.

    All our plumbers must meet the standard of care and competence. Being part of the Master Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers gives you assurance that competencies have been met.
